Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I’m absolutely amazed. I use a standing desk every day to stay alert because I tend to get sleepy if I sit for too long. Since I stand most of the time, my feet often get tired by the end of the day. On top of that, I have flat feet and deal with sciatica pain. Since I started using this massage machine daily, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in both my plantar fasciitis and hip pain. The Nekteck Foot Massager Machine gives a very relaxing and "feel good" foot massage. The speed of the knead, compression and heat allows a customized massage to your preferences. My husband has plantar faciatis, and I have bunions and Mortons neuromas and absolutely love the compression feature that slowly squeezes and releases pressure all around my feet. This massager has helped us both reduce the pain in our feet even after just one use. The massager is light weight and easy to move and carry with the top handle. It weights approx 8.5 lbs.

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and moderate arthritis and bone spurs in both feet but since my job requires me to be on my feet all day I have insoles for my high arches to help with the Plantar Fasciitis but after going through shoes and insoles and even compression socks to help with the foot pain I decided to give this a try and when I come home from work I use it 2-3 15 minute cycles. I have found that my feet feel much better after using this apparatus and hope it will continue to alleviate my pain radiating from my feet after I sit down. After using I have found my feet to feel much better and increased mobility than before. I have used it several times so far and hope it continues to work for me.

I bought this product thinking the Shiatsu was what was going to help with my Plantar fasciitis but really the air compression is what has really helped the most. The foot massager is easy to use. You turn it on and set the Shiatsu speed and the compression pressure. There is a timer that defaults to 15 minutes that can be changed to 30 minutes and there is heat. The heat is not overbearing and helps your foot muscles relax. The air compression works in stages, each time it inflates it provides more pressure until max and then it starts back at the beginning.Overall, my feet are feeling a whole lot better after just a few days of using it and it feels like the tense muscles in my feet are loosened.
