Returns

If you and your pet aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right!

For purchases made directly through our website, you can request a full refund within 90 days. We’ll provide you with a free return shipping label and RMA number for all approved returns made through our online store.

Please note that returns are not accepted after 14 days from the original purchase date. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on expired products. To qualify for a return, at least half of the product must remain in the original box or bag. This is subject to the discretion of our customer service team.

FINAL SALE: Products sold as part of a short-dated promotion are non-returnable. These items are discounted due to their upcoming expiration date. The promotion will clearly indicate the product’s short shelf life and estimated expiration window.

For returns within 14 days of purchase made on our website:

Email us at return@shoffix.com with your order number to initiate a return.
Return the product in its original packaging using the provided free return shipping label.
We will process a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Some payment methods may take longer.
Refunds will be for the item’s actual purchase price, excluding any original shipping fees.
